WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
CULTIVAR Supply Co. typically uses USPS and FedEx to ship all packages. You will see the shipping options upon checkout.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?
Orders placed Monday through Friday are generally shipped the business next day. Orders placed on a weekend, or on a holiday are shipped the within 48 hours. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within the United States. If you choose 2-Day or Overnight shipping, regular shipping fees will apply.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING FEES?
Shipping costs will be calculated during check out.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
Yes. Please select USPS Priority Mail shipping. FedEx does not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY FOR APPAREL AND ACCESSORIES?
- We want our customers to feel 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you are unhappy with an item, please contact us via email. The following guidelines apply:
- We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including selecting the correct size and color of your items, billing and shipping addresses, etc.
- Any product shipped back to Cultivar Supply as an RTS (Return To Sender) for failure to deliver/receive/collect from the carrier, will be subject to a $15 RTS Fee to cover reshipment costs.
- In the case that a product is damaged or shipped incorrectly, please email us at customerservice@cultivarsupply.com.
WHAT IS YOUR SALES POLICY FOR CULTIVAR PAIN CREAM?
- We cannot accept returns of Cultivar Botanicals Pain Cream. products. The following guidelines for CBD products apply:
- For any problems or concerns with the merchandise, notice must be given to customerservice@cultivarsupply.com within 2 days of shipment receipt.
- In the case that a product is damaged or shipped incorrectly, please email us at customerservice@cultivarsupply.com.

WHY SHOULD I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
When you create an account with cultivarsupplyco.com we will securely keep track of your information to ensure a simplified checkout process. You will also be able to store all your addresses and check your order history.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT?
Yes. You may select the guest checkout option. However, creating an account will give you instant access to more information about your orders.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
If for any reason you would like to change your order, please contact customer service at customerservice@cultivarsupplyco.com as soon within 12 hours. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

IS ORDERING OVER THE INTERNET SECURE?
